Fixed prices are available for selected services. More complex work is scoped and priced individually, because the circumstances and work required will vary. Pricing is agreed upfront rather than calculated on a time basis.
Cream Legal offers fixed price Wills. A standard Will is $660 including GST for one person, or $990 including GST for a couple with substantially similar estate planning requirements.
More complex estate planning, including matters involving business or company interests, trusts, self-managed superannuation funds, blended families or testamentary trusts, is priced according to the circumstances. We will confirm the scope and price with you before you proceed.

Our accepted payment methods are Direct Bank Transfer (EFT) and major credit cards. Payment terms are assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the specific circumstances of your matter.
Our standard payment terms are 7 days. Where a specific stage of work is completed, we may require payment of our interim invoice before our documentation or advice is released to you. For consultation-based services, such as mortgage solicitor certificates or scheduled consultations, payment is due in full on the day of your appointment.

Yes. Cream Legal can review documents or information generated using artificial intelligence and assess their accuracy, suitability and legal effect in the context of your matter. Yes. Cream Legal works remotely with clients across Australia by telephone, video conference and email. In-person meetings may be arranged at client premises in south-east Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula where appropriate.
